“David very compassionately helped me find reality in the midst of my fearful spiral. He helped me see that I am doing better than I judge myself that I am.”

“I was very confused and did not know where I was going . David held a safe, compassionate space for me even if I was running around in circles. He also was my best ally and gave me permission to feel feelings and consider thoughts that I was not allowing myself.”

— Virginia R.

“David was always thoughtful in working with me on my goals. He listened carefully and had a calm and open attitude. He was able to ask me questions which allowed me to find solutions to reach my goals in the manner best suited to my life. I highly recommend coaching sessions with David to enable you to figure out your next steps and reach your goals.”

“David was able to track my chaotic brain dump and concisely replay it to me, helping me see my thoughts and intentions clearly. His approach was non-judgmental and kind, and I felt I had enough space to reach the answer on my own terms.”

— Lee R.

“David sets the tone and creates the space with such ease. Each coaching session with David, I find myself settling into the discussion, even when a topic is not planned. He starts the session with more direct question, then as the discussion goes deeper, it becomes less obvious and challenging. He ties themes together and sums them up effectively, which helps me better structure and organize my action plan. With each session, I feel I make progress..”

I found my ADHD coaching sessions with David to be an incredibly beneficial experience.

I came to David with a few practical things I wanted to get better at - the biggest being putting things away in my house (I have a tendency to leave things where I last used them rather than giving them a home and putting them away), which has sort of been my white whale for as long as I can remember. I also asked David about a few things I've noticed I do in social situations - like interrupting people.

David helped me articulate why these things were important to me and how it made me feel when I felt like I wasn't measuring up, and he helped me see that the world around me may not be as critical of me as I am of me. He produced a non-judgmental environment where I felt comfortable expressing my thoughts and fears. He also helped me break down what I wanted to get done into steps that I could accomplish in the coming week. And wouldn't you know, these techniques have already had a lasting impression on me - it's been a few weeks now and my counters have never been cleaner!

I would highly recommend David to any fellow ADHDers looking to understand themselves and their condition better..”
